As you move forward with your Continuous Learning plans, it is essential to be conscious and specific about integrating Social, Emotional, and Character Development structures. Creating consistent structures, maintaining relationships, and providing opportunities for emotional regulation and self-management skill development are a must. The SECD Virtual Application Group is an opportunity for educators to connect with their peers and to discuss how to support social-emotional learning and skills during virtual learning for students, staff members and parents. The discussion topics will be determined by the group; but may include what is working and not working, what you need help with, or what you want more information on.
